Supported by the South Eastern Regional Director, Tracey Morant Adams, Ph.D., and under the leadership of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., 31st International President Danette Anthony Reed, our 2022-2026 International Program theme is “Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood.” As we serve Mississippi's Gulf Coast, we will focus on the Sorority's six program initiatives: Strengthen Our SISTERHOOD, Empower Our FAMILIES, Build Our ECONOMIC WEALTH, Enhance Our ENVIRONMENT, Advocate For SOCIAL JUSTICE, and Uplift Our LOCAL COMMUNITY.

2022 - 2026 International Initiatives

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is a sisterhood with a rich legacy of service and a commitment to making a positive impact in communities across the world. The 2022-2026 international administration is focused on building upon this legacy by implementing six initiatives aimed at enhancing the sorority's impact and reach. The initiatives are designed to strengthen the bonds of sisterhood, empower families, build economic wealth, enhance the environment, advocate for social justice, and uplift local communities.
